More recipes/ my fave foods; mostly dairy free

Peanut butter pre/post workout balls- 3/4 cup gluten free oats, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, 1/4 cup real maple syrup, 1 tbsp vegan almond coconut protein OR flaxseed, 1 tbsp chia seeds. Mix it all up and roll into balls. Refrigerate!

Sweet potatoes and spicy guac! Cut 2 big sweet potatoes anyway you want and toss in bowl with avocado oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and garlic powder, pink salt. Throw in air fryer for 15-20 minutes or until a little brown. Dip in spicy guac and enjoy

Double chocolate S’mores Mug Cake- 4 tbsp apple sauce, 2 top almond butter, 2 tbsp coconut sugar, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp almond flour. Add in dairy free chocolate chips and microwave for 1 min 30 seconds!

Sweet Potato Chicken Summer Salad- Power greens or spinach, cooked diced sweet potato, grilled chicken, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, green onions, cooked quinoa. SO GOOD, add a garlic vinaigrette dressing or anything dairy free !
My famous PB cups (yes they are keto) 1 cup coconut oil (I ball park all my ingredients), 1 cup pb in sauce pan on medium until melted. Pour PB into muffin tins (I usually do double batch so you can add more and use 2 muffin tins). Freeze for 8-10 minutes. In same pan add in 1 cup coconut oil and 1/2 cupish unsweetened cocoa powder. I usually add in some extra dark chocolate to melt. Pour over the frozen PB and freeze again for 30 minutes.
